We added some extra security features to the BitGo platform. When you attempt to log in to your BitGo account from a new location (IP address), you will receive this error message:

 "You are trying to log in from an unverified IP address. Please check your email."

You will then receive an email message with a link labeled "Authorize IP Address". Click that link; you will be prompted to login again. After logging back into your account, you should be able to access your wallets successfully.

IMPORTANT: When clicking the link , it is important to do so from the same device that you were using to access your account when the error message occurred; additionally, make sure you are using the same browser and are connected to the same network that you were connected to when this error occurred.

If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder for the email.

If you are still unable to login successfully after following these steps, please contact support by submitting a request here, and we will investigate this issue for you.

If you receive an email asking you to authorize an IP address at a time when you were not trying to log into your account, do not authorize the IP address.
