If you're using an old version of the BitGo wallet, known as SAFE and Legacy SafeHD wallets, you may have received an email from BitGo Support to upgrade your wallet. The older type wallets do not support the recovery of a lost password and hard forks, both of which could result in lost funds. 

If you have multiple wallets and are unsure which wallets are old wallets, please contact Support.
