We are developing a recovery tool that will allow for unsupported ERC20 tokens to be recovered from BitGo wallets. Please be advised that these recoveries are not trivial in nature and will most likely be subject to a processing fee. It is also advised to check to see if the token in question is on our roadmap to be supported.
