If you're receiving the text version of the IP Address Verification email, there is a typo in the URL that you are taken to in that email. After the ampersand symbol (&), you will see amp; displayed there. You will need to remove the amp; from the URL (do not delete the ampersand itself). After making that change, you should be able to complete the IP address verification.
When I try to complete the IP Address Verification, I am receiving a message stating that an error has occurred, even though I am on the same network and device as I was when the notification was sent
