Changing Your Email Address

If you’d like to change your email address, you will need to create a new BitGo account for that email address as if it were a new user: 

1. Send an invite to the enterprise to that new email address. 

2. Register your BitGo account using the new email address. This will start a new onboarding process for the new user account. 

3. Add the account with the new email address to the appropriate wallets. 

4. Contact support to deactivate your old account with the old email address.
